Time Limit and Credit Type

Refund requests are only applicable to subscription credits and must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Credit packs are not eligible for refunds.

If you have used more than 20 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.

  3. Submit Within 48 Hours: Ensure your request is submitted within 48 hours of your purchase.

Please Note: Credit packs are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method.

Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee of up to 6% of the original payment amount.

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credit packs (one-time purchases)
  • Subscription credits after 48 hours of purchase
  • Subscriptions where more than 20 credits have been used
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue the matter through appropriate channels. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues.
